Design & Development
We gave the site a fresh, playful design that reflected Patio Coffee’s bold, energetic brand identity. Special care was taken to make product browsing pleasant and fun, with intuitive navigation that keeps customers engaged as they explore the range of coffee offerings and accessories.
The website’s user flow is designed to make buying coffee as seamless as possible, while also adopting features like gift vouchers to boost engagement. We decided to expand deeply on their training and course offering, including the ability to purchase directly through the website.
Business Strategy
Beyond the aesthetics, we implemented a range of business improvements.
Klaviyo was introduced to handle sophisticated email flows, such as abandoned cart reminders and enhanced subscription management.
To further streamline operations, we integrated Shippit, saving on shipping costs and providing customers with better tracking.
We also took a deep dive into Patio’s SEO, making critical adjustments to boost search rankings and organic traffic.
Photography & Media
Our work extended to product photography and video content, showcasing Patio’s coffee and gear in a way that brings the brand to life. High-quality visuals not only enhance the look of the site but also improve customer engagement and product understanding.
