As their operations grew, DEC Workforce required a more efficient platform to manage recruitment and staff logistics for complex aviation roles—positions that often demand specific qualifications and compliance standards such as DAMP testing and ASIC passes.

We worked with DEC Workforce to build an advanced online recruitment and staff management platform, designed specifically to handle their unique operational needs. Built as a Vue.js Single Page Application (SPA) with a Laravel backend, the platform functions like a CRM, offering robust tools to manage a large database of aviation personnel. The system supports several key features, such as:

• CV and resume uploading and management.
